➕YOGA pose for the next two days is PLOUGH pose! I picked this pose because it improves the blood flow to your brain, helps to calm & stretches the legs as well. It’s important to keep our bodies engaged at this time. Pisces season is putting a focus on the Heart, 3rd Eye & Sacral Chakras. So it’s important to work on the energies of all these chakras so we take time to heal & understand past wounds. We can flow with the energy and not get caught up in all the feels. Use the energy to connect more deeply into your body. The Libra moon demands balance from us, always!🧘🏽‍♀️✨⚖️

Perfect for this Libra moon! It’s ruled by Venus & its element is water!
