+Yoga pose for the next few days is Three Legged Dog. I picked this pose because it stretches, strengthens & increases flexibility! Virgo vibes are super earthy & analytical but it can also be stubborn & set in their ways. Taking the traditional Down Dog & opening it up to a new position & strengthening those areas we’re super comfortable in. Repeat on both legs!✨🧘🏽‍♀️🌿

+MEDITATE! There’s going to be ALOT of thoughts, analyzing & processing in the mind for the next few days. With the Sun, Mercury & Venus in futuristic Aquarius & the moon in Virgo, the mind is the focus! Make sure you’re taking 5-10 minutes to meditate in the morning to relax your mind. Be gentle with your mind during this time, this eclipse was so strong & you want to continue the healing work & self love with positive thoughts!🧘🏽‍♀️✨

+Spells to try during this time are healing spells & air spells as well. Light some incense, repeat affirmations & journal. Whatever you need to progressively address your thoughts, do it!🌬✨🕯
