+The pose for the next 2 days is Camel pose!!! Feel free to do whichever variation of Camel pose is most comfortable for you. I chose this pose for us because the Sun is currently squaring the moon today. Some situations might come up that could be challenging for us to handle but ultimately we need to go through it. This pose forces you to open up your heart & expose that which is vulnerable. It reminds me of something someone said on the discovery channel about how when an animal exposes their stomach to you the trust you not to harm them. In our case, we must trust that the universe will bring what is best for us but we must stay open to it!🐪✨❤️

+Work on protection spells for the next two days. Taurus energy is fixed. It loves to maintain an energy of stability & the one thing we all need is protection! Light a protection candle, make a protection mojo bag or work with crystals, like Smokey Quartz, to protect your energy from others!🙅🏽‍♀️✨🧘🏽‍♀️
